The title of the video and its content are polar opposites, in that it bears the rather innocuous name of video-2012-01-29-20-57-36 , while its audio track contains the highly offensive recounting of child molestation by the man from Devil on His Shoulder  (see also VIDEO TIMELINE | Devil on His Shoulder ). As we speak, a cloaked demon has encompassed my body—while I'm sitting at McDonald's on 28th and Santa Clara, in San Jose. In an effort to expedite and legitimize their efforts to commit murder, demons have recruited humans to cull society of its surplus or inferior people, in an undertaking demons call, "The Exclusion." Many events had to come to pass before I understood this term when I first heard it in 2006, one of which was the recent statement overheard in an audio recording, in which an observer said to another, "They're culling him." Culling is the reduction of the population by selective slaughter, and the demons are characterizing their victims as society's undesirables in order to recruit human assistance. The demonic definition of an undesirable member of society is similar to that of a human, as is clear in this recording; however, for a demon, it can also mean anyone who is an enemy, or someone who is affluent or influential in politics. If you captured a hard-to-see, semi-transparent specter or demon on a low-quality camera, you can make it stand out more by applying a cross-hatch filter to the video or photograph using software such as Final Cut Pro or Photoshop. The effectiveness of the cross-hatch filter, when applied to a specter, is illustrated in the newer version of Spectre of Demon Illuminated by Light ; compare it to the original to see just how much it helps.

Thanks to a new audio editing technique that eliminates noise and narrows the audible frequency range without noticeable loss in volume, I was able to discern a little more dialogue from the " Noise Harassment " video. Both the technique and the video will be posted soon. The additional discernible dialog is: "Are you ready for the judgment of the Tuzzo people? 'Cuz if you're not, that's too bad, because we don't like fags, and we don't like you. So, there! What a fucking fag! Stick a knife to your throat, and I'll cut it for you." Yesterday, after the Voices Demons said for the upteenth time that day, "James, you are going to the big-house for being a faggot to..." or some such, I decided to take another pass at an audio recording made late last year of, basically, more of the same. The following short clip is of the Voices Demons and their human counterparts threatening "judgment by the Tuzzo people" and shouting hateful slurs (some of which is chanted in chorus); on the day I made this recording—from inside my apartment—they started the harassment the night before, and continued it throughout the next day. They have been doing this on an ongoing basis for nearly six years. Improving the audio quality is an ongoing effort, and you may need headphones in order to hear the dialog more clearly; in the meantime, captioning is provided.
