BIBLE | Demonic takedown strategy inadvertently backs Biblical doctrine

About this post: these are my preliminary notes about a topic I never intended to know anything about; I'm no expert on mental torment by demons—who would want to be unless they needed to be? So, if anything in this post sounds a little simple-minded, I wouldn't be surprised. Maybe someday I'll be more proficient at explaining to others how it all works, even while going through the actual experience of it at the same time; but, for now, it's all I can do to keep my brains together...literally. So, bear with me.

I don't know if they are smart enough to know they're doing it, but demons and their people actually work your mind in a way that is completely and totally contrary to sound Biblical doctrine as it pertains to the way God wants you think about guilt and sorrow and past hurts and fears and doubts. In fact, their strategy for taking you down with those negative emotions mirrors the polar opposite of the God's will for edifying and strengthening you, and their methods and techniques for instilling beliefs and perceptions in your mind that are contrary to those God prescribes go precisely against everything in His Word.

Insodoing, however, I believe that they inadvertently back the Bible, making it seem right and good, and ahead of their game. After all, before the demons came, there was the Word; and, after seeing the demons work, it seems the Bible had foreknowledge of how they would work, and made an attempt to thwart them. To me, that indisputably puts a living God behind it.

Five ways demons warp your mind
Let me explain what I mean with specifics. Following is a list of the five primary techniques Voices Demons—the demons that work your mind—use to bring a person down mentally in order to make a person bend to their will, and otherwise acquiesce to abuse by others and themselves. Each item in this list was derived from Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary on the Whole Bible (italics), and is followed by my own commentary on the Voices Demons' technique to thwart God's will for your mind and heart:
NOTE | Joyce Meyer's Battlefield of the Mind does a better job of explaining how the Devil works your mind to separate you from Christ.
  1. Nothing will disquiet the heart of a good man so much as the sense of God's anger. The way to keep the heart quiet, is to keep ourselves in the love of God. But a sense of guilt is too heavy to bear; and would sink men into despair and ruin, unless removed by the pardoning mercy of God. [Psalm 38:1-11] A strong sense of guilt will make you unapproachable, unlovable and unproductive. Demons and their people want you to be useless to people, and make every effort to keep you there once you arrive. You'll be blamed for everything that goes wrong, and all the problems they cause for people you know will be blamed on you. They'll even tell those people that you're at fault for their problems, and we all know how easy and tempting it is to blame others for our problems—especially ones we can't handle, like the ones demons cause. But, even if you are at fault for others' problems—including your own—God wants you to know that you're pardoned for every fault, every sin, through Christ. Failing to lift yourself out of the ruin and despair caused by demons in this way, is believing in them, and not Jesus Christ; you are denying the free gift of salvation if you don't pick yourself up and move on.
  2. The less we notice the unkindness and injuries that are done us, the more we consult the quiet of our own minds. [Psalm 38:12-22] The Voices Demons and their people are not only perpetually unkind and tend toward the injurious side, but constantly remind me of the things they've done and are doing, ensuring that constant attention is paid to them in my mind. This keeps the peace of Jesus Christ about as far from me as it can get, if I let it. Constantly abiding in His Word, unceasing prayer, and tirelessly connecting with those who are in need through my work on this blog are the answers.
  3. Good men, by setting their sorrow continually before them, have been ready to fall; but by setting God always before them, they have kept their standing. If we are truly penitent for sin, that will make us patient under affliction. Nothing goes nearer to the heart of a believer when in affliction, than to be under the apprehension of God's deserting him; nor does any thing come more feelingly from his heart than this prayer, "Be not far from me." The Lord will hasten to help those who trust in him as their salvation. [Psalm 38:12-22The Voices Demons, as silent partners of my mind for nearly my entire life, know what makes me sad, and brings me sorrow, to the point of thinking that God has abandoned me—and deservedly so. Social alienation is the big one, as it would be from anyone. They constantly say, “Now, people are mad at you [about something]…,” and, “Now, they want to make a problem for you [for some reason]…” These oft-declared statements are always made prior to a physical attack by a demon person, but are never actually accompanied by an action by me or a word from my mouth (in fact, the violence is often perpetrated by people I've never even met, and probably don't even know me). Knowing the sorrow it causes you, this is the number one tactic for making you feel deserted and hopeless; however, knowing what it means to set God before you at all times is key to avoid falling into this trap (Prayer, Bible reading, and connecting with God's people to share in those two things).
  4. Doubts and fears about the eternal state, are a horrible pit and miry clay, and have been so to many a dear child of God. There is power enough in God to help the weakest, and grace enough to help the unworthiest of all that trust in him. [Psalm 40:1-5] The Devil reminds me of the everlasting punishment of Hell on a near-continual basis, using elaborate theatrics to that end, to great effect. This is to promote the doubts and fears any man would have, who stood in the Holiness of God, and to make me forget that God’s power and grace is strong enough to help anyone that seek Him.
  5. What right can a sinner have to yield to impatience or anger, when mercifully corrected for his sins. [Psalm 38:12-22] Somehow, I have been provided the means to fight back against those which the Devil has empowered with similar means; and, lately, I have been constantly pushed to use those means in order to survive. Doing so, however, has completely negated the humility I used to have—and must continue to have—when accepting the free gift of salvation, in that I tend to go beyond self-defense, and engage in acts of vindication. I accept all adversity as correction from God; if that's the case, then, I must do so with humility. It's not denying His discipline to defend one's self, but to fail to give others the same tolerance and patience He showed you when you were sinning means you don't appreciate it. I am sure the Voices Demons encourage me to use the wrong means to fight back and take revenge so as to deny me the forgiveness given me by God and to negate the corrective effect of God's discipline through adversity.

An example of the effectiveness of demonic mind-warping techniques
These tactics are only effective if they actually make you angry, which is easy to do to me when, for example, you call me a pedophile. Apparently, over a year ago, someone told my grandma this—and got her to actually wonder about it somehow—and she relayed this message to me in e-mail, as described in CRIME | Bogus attorney freezes mother's, crippled 8-year-old nephew's bank accounts [see also CRIME | Demon-possessed, self-professed pedophile recounts crimes against children; PREVIEW | Former jailhouse lover's photo lures demon-possessed pedophile into rape confession]. Here's how embarrasingly angry I got during a March 2013 phone call with her over this issue, which nearly achieved the Voices Demons' goal of alienating me from my family:

The Voices Demons failed in the end to separate me from the love that means most to me—thanks be to God [read Romans 8:38-39]—as evidenced in a photo taken just today (below), but it has still tainted the trust I have in my family somewhat, even if the influence they were under explains their behavior quite readily:

Grandma and me, at the church she helped found with my now-deceased grandfather
In general, the more knowledgable you are in God's Word, the more powerful and resilient you'll be to the Voices Demons' tricks.

How the Word protects you against demonic mind wares
To demonstrate what I mean by empowering yourself with the Word of God to shield yourself from the slings and arrows of the Evil One, I provide just one Bible verse that warns against the weapons of the enemy, followed by a commentary on it from Let God Be True!; it speaks to the power of slander and gossip to destroy relationships, which interfere with the Devil's plan for your destruction:

Proverbs 16:28

A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.

Stop! Stop talking negatively about others. If you cannot say something good, then do not say anything. Only perverse and profane persons gossip and backbite. You should abhor the thought of committing rape or murder – but slander or talebearing is both. It violates a person’s reputation instead of his body, and it ruins his joy, peace, and friends. Stop!
Gossiping destroys families, churches, businesses, and friends. A froward man is evil, obnoxious, and unreasonable. He loves to cause division by spreading rumors, innuendos, secrets, or lies about others. If you hate such men, you are in good company, because God hates them (Pr 6:16-19). He blasts these evil talkers in both testaments (Pr 10:18; 11:13; 18:8; 20:19; 26:20-26; Ps 50:20-22; 101:5; Lev 19:16; Rom 1:29-30; II Co 12:20).
What men call gossip, the Bible calls backbiting, evil surmising, talebearing, tattling, and whispering. These similar terms describe the sin of revealing or spreading secrets in order to agitate, despise, divide, harm, or undermine another. Slander is the spreading of false information in order to defame. Both sins cause strife and trouble, and they divide close friends by telling private facts, forgiven sins, or outright lies about one or both friends.
Never use words to harm someone else unless clearly necessary (I Cor 1:11). If you know of a person’s sin, hide it from others (Pr 11:13). Cover it, rather than expose it, in order to promote love (Pr 17:9). If you have a problem with someone, then either overlook it or take care of it with him alone (Pr 10:12; 19:11; 25:9-10; Matt 18:15). If you do not fear and hate gossip, remember that God views harmful words as murder (Matt 5:21-22).
If you catch a man badmouthing another, stop the sin by an angry response (Pr 25:23). You would use any means to stop a rape or murder, and this crime is related, so respond forcibly to verbal wickedness as well. Do not ever let a backbiter, talebearer, or whisperer get away with their crime in your presence. If you allow and listen to their divisive and perverse insinuations, you are guilty with them (Pr 17:4). If you clearly identify such a wicked person, get rid of him, because he will only bring you trouble (Pr 26:20-28).
Godly men never harm others by divisive words (Ps 15:3). Even if actions are suspicious, they believe and hope all things about that person to avoid thinking evil of them (I Cor 13:4-7). This is the most godly, peaceful, and successful way to live. By choosing to be a peacemaker, you are a true child of God (Mat 5:9; Jas 3:17-18). Purify your heart, and let it produce gracious words at all times to win the favor even of kings (Pr 22:11; Col 4:6).

Suffering goes back several millennia
As I stated before, the Word anticipated the problem; but, I didn't mean to imply that the problem is new. Here, in one of David's prayers to God, you can hear from one who has been through the problem described in this post:

Psalm 35
Great is the Lord
Of David

1 Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me;
fight against those who fight against me!
2 Take hold of shield and buckler and rise for my help!
3 Draw the spear and javelin against my pursuers!
Say to my soul, “I am your salvation!”
4 Let them be put to shame and dishonor
who seek after my life!
Let them be turned back and disappointed who devise evil against me!
5 Let them be like chaff before the wind, with the angel of the Lord driving them away!
6 Let their way be dark and slippery, with the angel of the Lord pursuing them!
7 For without cause they hid their net for me;
without cause they dug a pit for my life.
8 Let destruction come upon him when he does not know it!
And let the net that he hid ensnare him;
let him fall into it—to his destruction!
9 Then my soul will rejoice in the Lord,
exulting in his salvation.
10 All my bones shall say,
“O Lord, who is like you, delivering the poor
from him who is too strong for him,
the poor and needy from him who robs him?”
11 Malicious witnesses rise up; they ask me of things that I do not know.
12 They repay me evil for good; my soul is bereft.
13 But I, when they were sick—I wore sackcloth; I afflicted myself with fasting;
I prayed with head bowed on my chest.
14 I went about as though I grieved for my friend or my brother;
as one who laments his mother, I bowed down in mourning.
15 But at my stumbling they rejoiced and gathered;
they gathered together against me;
wretches whom I did not know
tore at me without ceasing;
16 like profane mockers at a feast,
they gnash at me with their teeth.
17 How long, O Lord, will you look on?
Rescue me from their destruction,
my precious life from the lions!
18 I will thank you in the great congregation;
in the mighty throng I will praise you.
19 Let not those rejoice over me who are wrongfully my foes,
and let not those wink the eye who hate me without cause.
20 For they do not speak peace,
but against those who are quiet in the land
they devise words of deceit.
21 They open wide their mouths against me;
they say, “Aha, Aha!
Our eyes have seen it!”
22 You have seen, O Lord; be not silent!
O Lord, be not far from me!
23 Awake and rouse yourself for my vindication,
for my cause, my God and my Lord!
24 Vindicate me, O Lord, my God,
according to your righteousness,
and let them not rejoice over me!
25 Let them not say in their hearts, “Aha, our heart's desire!”
Let them not say, “We have swallowed him up.”
26 Let them be put to shame and disappointed altogether
who rejoice at my calamity!
27 Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor
who magnify themselves against me!
28 Let those who delight in my righteousness
shout for joy and be glad
and say evermore,
“Great is the Lord,
who delights in the welfare of his servant!”
29 Then my tongue shall tell of your righteousness
and of your praise all the day long.

All are worthy to receive an answer to this prayer
In re Psalm 34:1-10, Matthew Henry writes:
...on looking to Christ depends our whole salvation, and all things needful thereunto do so also. This poor man, whom no man looked upon with any respect, or looked after with any concern, was yet welcome to the throne of grace; the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The holy angels minister to the saints, and stand for them against the powers of darkness. All the glory be to the Lord of the angels.
In other words, if you're suffering in this way, do not be afraid to ask Christ for help. You're worthy to receive it.

The Death Wish of a Demoniac: Fighting the demon-allied drug trade

This post is a draft—no, more like a mess; I have to take care to explain why I'm engaging the enemy through legal means, what's at stake, and why people—and not just demons—have to be in the line-of-fire (this is a constantly-asked question). Not only that, but I have to justify the monumental and life-threatening decision I've made to go this route, biblically. Beg pardon while I attempt to do that.

Not only that, but there's just a lot to say about this problem, and writing about it coherently and cohesively for the audience member that may or may not already be familiar with the story is hard.

So, what am I waiting for? I just sent out letters to neighbors and tenants of Ayala Apartments, asking them to weigh in their awareness of and injury by drug-dealing activity and related crimes at that location; I'll give them another week or two and see what happens.

After that, if there are responses, I'll offer my data to the district attorney's office; if they don't take the case, I'll file it on my own.

Update on September 10th
A tenant of the apartments in which a purported drug dealer is causing problems returned the declaration I sent to all residents similarly affected.

Update on September 11th
A letter acknowledging receipt of the declaration sent to residents of Ayala Apartments, who are asked to provide testimony about their knowledge of drug dealing and other crimes occurring there,

Update on September 12th
Either the landlord or the manager of a drug-dealer plagued apartment building intercepted letters to fed-up tenants to avoid prosecution, or an inept post office just endangered the town with its inconsistently applied delivery policies.

Update on September 14th
Added a video showing drug use and paraphernalia at Ayala Apartments, and, in particular, in the apartment manager's apartment. Towards the end of the video, the man in a demon-possessed shirt shouts for the location of a "pipe," before spotting it in front of him. He displays the pipe in plain view of the camera as he picks it up.

Update on September 15th
Added an e-mail from the only tenant to return the declaration form stated that she was told by another neighbor that the manager of Ayala Apartments, David Ayala, stole the declarations I mailed to other tenants, which I suspected, as described in the September 12th update.

Update on September 22nd
Filed a mail theft complaint, which is generally, a pointless, time-wasting effort; also, e-mailed the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office regarding their participation this matter.

Update on September 26th
USPS assigned this issue Postal Inspection Service Case #HQ119564141; called 877-876-2455 as instructed; waiting for response from the inspector assigned to the case.

Update on September 26th
Contacted over 50 county district attorney's offices in California, notifying them of the pending suit, and requested information on any best-practices procedure for soliciting cooperation from the local district attorney.

Update on October 3rd
Received a second declaration from a tenant of Ayala Apartments, indicating that they feel unsafe due to drug activity there.

Update on November 11th
Received reply and request for written response from the Santa Clara Police Department, which also stated that it had ordered an eviction at Ayala Apartments, and that, because the owners were not cooperating with the eviction, that the police department was preparing to obtain a court order fining them.

Update on November 18th
My response to the Santa Clara Police Department, after having received a request for assistance in their nuisance-abatement efforts.

Update on March 27th
Officer Tyson Green, Santa Clara Police Department, contraindicates by e-mail my nuisance-abatement suit against Ayala Apartments on the ground that the subject of the suit, David Ayala, manager, was evicted-in-fact by the aforementioned officer by court order, as previously stated. Case closed.
NOTE | All updates are appended to the bottom of this page.

While I am in Indiana [see Back home again to Indiana], I'll be preparing for the dissemblance of demonic strongholds, starting with one of the places I described as "demon-infested" in PLACES | Demon-infested homes, specifically, Ayala Apartments, located at 1355 Jefferson Street, in Santa Clara, California:

Ayala Apartments (center), which may be designated as a "drug house" nuisance by the California Superior Court

The following are some of the posts that describe demonic activity occurring there:

As implied on this blog, while demons may be everywhere, there are hot spots of demonic activity; and, usually, those places specialize in the kind of heinous, violent acts that are recounted here. Not only is drawing attention to this fact the responsible, morally correct thing to do, but so is attempting to shut those places down.

To that end, I am preparing a "drug house" nuisance lawsuit against Ayala Apartments, as they are owned by the parents of the man living in the apartment where the demonic activity was documented. Here are the legal documents prepared to-date:

NOTE | The documents are drafts; you can view the attachments here. If you are unfamiliar with what nuisance abatement lawsuits are, read this.
Assimilation, adaptation of demonic powers for own use unacceptable alternative to lawful justice
This more peaceful, lawful means of fighting evil is where most of my energies should be spent. Even if I were able to assimilate and adapt the power of the demons and their people for my own use (ahem), it would not negate the fact that true justice is not gained through wrong use—or the wrong kind—of power.

In the words of Captain James T. Kirk (Star Trek: Into Darkness):
There will always be those who mean to do us harm; to stop them, we risk awakening the same evil in ourselves. Our first instinct is to take revenge when those we love are taken from us, but that’s not who we are. To honor those who have lost their lives, we must remember who we once were, and who we must be once again.
Moreover, justice is never defined by people. It is a standard established by God, and should only be meted out by God. In my case, and as proven throughout my history of fighting this problem, I have sought to bring justice through legal means only—means that are grounded in the same principles and moralities as those of the courts [see my scribd.com page].

Although, I have failed, time and time again, I am encouraged to keep going forward by the words of God:
Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
How to achieve that, of course, is through Christ:
How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.
— Hebrews 9:14
Only He can keep me (and others) from the temptation to give in to evil—to fight back by and through means only the Devil would approve of; and, only He reminds me that someone out there (or up there) cares, and that I should do the same. In other words, I shouldn't just do this for myself, but for others, just as Christ does this for me. After all, I'm not the only beleaguered by demons, to be sure [see PHOTO | Sucker demons pull on dog ears, too].

Support, testimony sought by tenants, neighbors of Ayala Apartments
This was the letter mailed out today to tenants of Ayala Apartments; a slightly different version was mailed to a couple of the neighboring houses, whose addresses were found in the police reports:

Some of the recorded drug-dealing activity is, in part, heard in the following video (but does not constitute the collection of recordings in their entirety):

The response, even before the letters reached to their intended recipients, was about four voicemails:

Four successive voicemails left by the manager (and owners' son) of Ayala Apartments
Here's the one of most interest:

Following is a rough transcript of the preceding voicemail message:
James, I can’t believe how dumb you are about trying to put all this paperwork about my address...and claiming that there’s a nuisance at my address—that’s really stupid.

You’re the one who is a drug addict, coming to my house for drugs—and, I don’t do that anymore. [inaudible] You used drugs at my house. Just because I know people who, uh… I know a lot of people who have been in and out of jail that come to my house, and you’ve gone to them, behind my back, for drugs—behind my back—when that’s totally out-of-line…and I don’t even do drugs anymore. And, uh, you’re the one who’s a known drug addict.

So, anyhow, give me a call, James. Uh, I hope you get your meds; or, you need to take meds or something, especially with the stuff that you post about the demonic stuff. That’s pretty wacky! Maybe you’re the one involved in some sort of demonic something…I don’t know! Weirdo stuff! But, anyhow, I’m surprised that you’d still be in contact; that’s terrible! So, give me a call, James; maybe I can help you out, and talk to you, and get you some help—get you normal, or straight, or… Just give me a call. Bye!
This voicemail is not the first to threaten consequences; in 2007, I received a voicemail from the same person right after I published, Night of the Gun Chase, a podcast video that described the circumstances surrounding my attempted murder at my former home in Sunnyvale back in 2006:
Another voicemail by the same person in 2007 [see Night of the Gun Chase]

Following is a transcript of that voicemail:
Remember Marty? [I didn't then; and, I still don't] He was the one at my house this morning. I knew your web site looked familiar; that's one of his homeboys [Paul Casey]. Yeah, he's the one who's coming back to gas you out.
Residents respond to call for injury claim
So far, two residents—one current and one former—have indicated their willingness to participate in the suit:
  • On September 9th, a former resident called me, stating that she was ejected from Ayala Apartments "for complaining too much about drug dealing," and wanting to know if she could make a claim for injury, and whether other former residents could make a claim, as well; and,
  • On September 11th, a current resident returned the declaration form attached to the letter, indicating her awareness of and distaste for the drug dealing still taking place at Ayala Apartments:
This was my response to the above:

Obstruction of justice, postal service policy inconsistency or tenant solidarity?
On September 12th, the postal service returned half of the letters I sent to tenants of Ayala Apartments back as undeliverable:

Six letters were returned due to "insufficient address[es]," all second-floor, all following the number of the apartment occupied by the manager, #8
There are three possibilities as to why:

  1. At first, I assumed that, because I did not supply the tenant's name—instead substituting it with "Resident (Ayala Apartments)"—that the post office returned them as unauthorized junk mail. After all, they all came back at the same time. But, then, I asked myself, if the post office returned some letters, why not all of them? I know for a fact that several people received their letters because I heard back from them (the former resident who called me stated that several current residents had spoken with her); so, why were just these returned?
  2. My next guess was that either the landlord or the manager swiped the letters that were not yet picked up by the tenants, and then marked them for return. But, then, why not simply throw them away?
  3. The last (but most unlikely) possibility, then, would be that the residents of those particular apartment units jointly decided to return the letters, knowing the contents, as a means to collective disagreement. They collectively assault people using and in conjunction with demons, and the police reports imply that some of them also are involved with drugs, and that they have committed crimes that are likely related to drug use [see Crystal methamphetamine use common denominator among demon-led local terror groups; see also READER | Crystal meth addict lauds mention of connection between demons and drug]. However, this scenario is unlikely given the similarities of the IA inscriptions on each letter, in that they were clearly written by the same person, and not each individual tenant to whom the letters were addressed.
All IA inscriptions on each envelope match, indicating that it was one person who made the call to return the envelopes—not the individual tenants to whom the letters were addressed
Conclusion: most signs point to an inconsistently applied postal service policy; but, interception by a worried landlord and/or manager is almost equally likely.

Tenants of Ayala Apartment claim mail theft by manager
On September 15th, I received an e-mail from the only tenant to return the declaration form, stating that s/he was told by another neighbor that the manager of Ayala Apartments, David Ayala, stole the declarations I mailed to other tenants, which I suspected, as described above:

An e-mail from a tenant of Ayala Apartments, fingering David Ayala for mail theft and obstruction of justice
I haven't yet decided on what to do. There aren't many options, other than to mail another letter or declaration. I'm considering sending a stack of letters to the tenant who sent the e-mail above, and then requesting that they hand-deliver them.

Mail theft complaint filed with United States Postal Inspections Services
Although, generally, a pointless and time-wasting effort—at least based on my past experience—I filed a complaint for mail theft on September 22nd against the person accused by others of interfering with the delivery of mail, as described above:

A complaint for mail theft against David Ayala, manager of Ayala Apartments, was mailed on September 22nd

I doubt much will come of this; but, every base must be covered; and, the judge in this case will want to see that steps were taken to exhaust all remedies prior to litigation. So, before an accusation can be made against the defendants about obstruction of justice or some other allegation that suggests they were attempting to avoid a legitimate complaint being brought against them, I have to have proof that I complained about everything wrong everywhere that takes such complaints; otherwise, the judge will not consider the allegation, because it is not appropriate to turn the court into an investigative agency.

Santa Clara County District Attorney invited to take reigns in nuisance abatement suit
With all the legwork having been done, I decided now was the best time to ask the district attorney's office to pursue this matter on their own, as it more appropriately handled by them, anyway:
Strangely enough, the contact person for this request is the same paralegal advisor mentioned in Demons use D.A., police to protect those who commit crimes for them, so this might provide an interesting twist to the this story.
NOTE | Hopefully, though, everyone will simply do their job for once, and things will go as they are supposed to—for once—and all will be well—for once.
Off to a good start is the Santa Clara Police Department, who acknowledged receipt of their copy of the above e-mail:
Santa Clara Police Department acknowledged their receipt of the e-mail sent to the Santa Clara County District Attorney, stating that it was forwarded to a department specifically detailed for handling nuisance complaints such as the one described in this post
California county district attorney's offices pressed for advice
Today (September 26th), I contacted over 50 county district attorney's offices in California, notifying them of the pending nuisance abatement suit by e-mail; I also requested information on any best-practices procedure for soliciting cooperation from the local district attorney, i.e., the Santa Clara County District Attorney:

Tomorrow, I will notify the sheriff's office in every California county of my intentions, requesting any advice or support they can provide in my endeavor.

Second tenant declaration returned
A second tenant returned their declaration on October 2nd, which stated that they felt unsafe due to drug activity (however, they wanted no action taken to abate it, surprisingly):
Santa Clara Police Department indicates participation, describes action by e-mail
On November 11th, I received an e-mail from Officer Ty Green at the Nuisance Suppression Unit of Santa Clara Police Department, describing past steps the department has taken action to abate the nuisance, and the additional steps it will take in the future:
An e-mail from Officer Ty Green at the Nuisance Suppression Unit of Santa Clara Police Department
Specifically, the police evicted certain tenants that were involved in drug-related activity at Ayala Apartments, and are planning to issue a fine against the owners for maintaining a drug-house nuisance—which is the whole point of the nuisance complaint now being assembled, and which is shown in this post.

The officer who wrote the e-mail is requesting from me written specifics of my issues with the owners and the property manager, and is also asking for the contact information of those who contacted me with their complaints.

My response to the request for help SCPD's nuisance-abatement effort
My e-mail response to Officer Tyson Green's request for help in SCPD's nuisance-abatement effort, sent on November 18th:
Any explanation of how I have been detrimentally impacted by drug activity and related crime at Ayala Apartments would be complicated by descriptions of bizarre acts and circumstances that facilitated (and was accompanied by) harmful criminal conduct, which, although pertinent and necessary to it, exceed the scope and requirements of your initiative, and, from a legal perspective, are not proof of elements to establish a cause of action for abating a nuisance; however, because this conduct is (and was) facilitated by not just drug activity or its location, but by an inextricable link between the two, any solution must both abate the activity and shutter the building simultaneously to end the crime and injury now lacking a venue for complaint.
I do not now live—nor have I ever lived—in the vicinity of the apartments, and am precluded from claiming any of the injuries inherent to tenants and nearby residents, which are the kind of injuries considered by the court when seeking monetary damages. I'm bringing my suit on the ground that, as a citizen of Santa Clara County, I have a legal right to abate a drug house nuisance within its borders by compelling criminal prosecution and closing the building, while covering relocation expenses for tenants—but nothing more.
In sum, although we are working the same solution for the same end, we have very different reasons. I have no legal ground for an injury claim; rather, I am exercising a state right to maintain a health & safety standard within my community, having been compelled by the injurious crime facilitated by the drug activity at Ayala Apartments, but which has no legally defined or recognized connection to it.
Unfortunately, I misled you in my eagerness to provide a positive answer to your initial e-mail—I am always eager to help with whatever—and haphazardly implied by my eagerness that I could provide you with a letter describing how I was personally affected by the conduct complained of in a manner suited for your needs, when all I can provide is help with rallying tenants and nearby residents for such letters.
To that end, I can point you to two tenants of Ayala Apartments who swore by declaration their knowledge of drug-related activity there and the existence of their injuries therefrom, and who also indicated their willingness to participate in court and police intervention of said activity.
In preparation for my nuisance abatement suit, I sent a form declaration to 16 apartment units in and around apartment #8 (which used to be apartment #1), which enabled them to attest to their awareness of, injury from, and willingness to participate in the abatement of drug activity in their building for the purposes of establishing Ayala Apartments as a drug-house nuisance within the meaning of the law; one person called, but these two filled out the declaration form and returned them to me, I’m sure they will sign any letter you draft on their behalf:
  • [name & address withheld]
  • [name & address withheld]
[Tenant A] specifically stated willingness to work directly with law enforcement on this issue, and can be contacted by e-mail at [e-mail address withheld]; [Tenant B] stated health and safety concerns upon having been informed of drug activity, but declined to request police and court intervention. I lost the contact information for the person who called me directly; but, I may be able to recover this former tenant's number from my phone records.
I would not say that only two tenants are interested, as over half of the declarations were intercepted by the manager of Ayala Apartments, David Ayala, who returned them undelivered to their intended recipients [Postal Inspection Service Case #HQ119564141]. Statistically, you should be able to get direct support from one out of every three tenants.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do, including filing my suit before you do, so that you can see what their defenses are, and then prepare your complaint in a way as to head them off at the pass (it’s called prima facie).
Officer Green's five-minutes-later response:
Santa Clara Police Department successfully evicts Ayala Apartments manager
According to Officer Tyson Green, Santa Clara Police Department, the manager of Ayala Apartments, David Ayala, was in fact removed from his apartment, thereby negating the use for a public nuisance abatement suit. Here is the correspondence between me and the aforementioned officer:
Intending to (finally) put a dent in the smooth operation of the Army of Darkness, specifically, by uprooting a stronghold of theirs in Santa Clara......I contacted Officer Green, who stated the same agenda late last year; as it turns out, he executed his plans with success......thereby negating the need or use for a nuisance abatement suit that would have shuttered a demon-allied drug house formerly at Ayala Apartments
I'm not sure what impact this has had now that what I once considered a demonic stronghold has been shuttered, if any; the point was to exhibit the willingness and ability to exercise legal consequences for the encroachment of demons and their people on my end. The willingness has obviously been demonstrated; the ability would have been (or should have been) demonstrated, as well.

Now, with that opportunity gone, the message has not been sent—not exactly constituting a failure by any interpretation, but leaving it for another time, another way, another place and, perhaps, on behalf of someone else.

This particular matter, however, is closed.

Update on March 29th, 2015
As per the USPS investigation of mail theft: as usual, no response from any investigator on the issue at all. This is not surprising, as I have had several mail theft cases, sometimes with willing testimony from eyewitnesses and police reports related thereto, and, nearly every time, the USPS cannot even recall records of any investigation being requested.

Being proactive is frustrating: it takes two or three calls to two or three places over the course of two or three days to talk to someone in their investigation unit, who, in the end, will simply resubmit your complaint—from scratch—once your original cannot be found.

As you can see from this post, there were two eyewitnesses, plus the actual illegally acquired and redirected mail, which would have been evidence enough alone; the only party interested in doing this would be the subject of the letter, who was the subject of a pending suit.

Since 'insufficient evidence" would not be a viable excuse, apparently, USPS just decided to ignore the complaint altogether.

Back home again in Indiana

My day today was supposed to look like it has every other day for the past month and a half (or so):

My former plans for today
Primarily, it would have consisted of wiping and mopping and washing and scrubbing at the homeless shelter where I also live. And, like many, many of the other days I spent at Little Orchard, I would have been doing so in a literal minefield, where even the restroom could result in bombardment in the form of multiple blows to the head, neck and shoulders from demonic bombs planted inside the stalls [see PICS | Demonic "bombs" define territory and confinement areas].

Instead, I'm at SFO airport, waiting to board a flight to my home state of Indiana:

My ticket home
NOTE | My last trip to Indiana was in November 2012, and is recounted in Voices Demons harass, threaten United Flight #44 passengers, pilot [search for Indiana].
It was a spur of the moment decision; but, it seems like the right thing to do. Mistakes were being made that people can never walk away from—mistakes like these, which are just but a few of the many, over just but a small amount of a much larger portion of time:
It would be cruel to let them continue, unhindered, and a little distance might do just that. After all, who would want to be responsible for having done this to someone in only a few months' time:

Before
After [see AUDIO | Homeless shelter staff fag-bashes via loudspeaker]
And yet, they are responsible for what you see in the pics above, and would have done much worse had I stayed in California much longer (in fact, much worse, as so threatened in Cyberstalker advises pending death].

Going from here... ...to here (click to enlarge)
Still, I have no regrets about acquiring as much data as I have on the demonic plague in the Bay Area of Northern California; moreover, I look forward to organizing and disseminating it while in Indiana, in spite of the future consequences, as I consider the future reward well worth the trouble:

The creed that governs even my cleaning of homeless shelter toilets
The only regret I do have, of course, is not being able to save my little family. Long has swayed with the crowd, although he is still a tremendous blessing to me; but, Scratchen remains in danger. Just yesterday, they threatened to "hurt her little head," whatever that means specifically.

A picture of my baby girl, Scratchen, taken by Long, who lives with him at his apartment
Getting on an airplane and leaving those two behind is agonizing. It feels wrong to the point of being sinful; but, I'm no good to them dead, and I continue to work on the problem in earnest, as will be evident in further posts to this site. That, plus prayer—...man and beast you save, O Lord [Psalm 36:4c]—is the best I can do for them for now, for what it's worth (perseverance, as I have deftly demonstrated throughout the years based on the number of posts and what it took to write them, is sure evidence of my sincerity).

Once loving and relatively sociable (for a cat), Scratchen spends an inordinate amount of time hiding underneath Long's bed, probably due to the Voices Demons and their pool of demon people, who tend to congregate at the bar across the street (Blocker's) and direct their demonic weapons towards Long's apartment building

Here's a reader comment in re the photo of Scratchen, above:

The follow-up response by Alex Boyd is absolutely right; you have to follow the story before you read any other post. This blog is like a soap opera; you can't just jump in and get everything that's going on in one episode.

I'd also remind readers to get and be in the right frame of mind before reading any portion of this blog, a method for which can be learned in BIBLE | The Word on demons.

Update at 10:12 PM, Indiana time
Upon my arrival to Indianapolis, my mom and I went straight from the airport to McDonald's—the first business name I could pronounce as a child, and my favorite restaurant ever since:

McDonald's was also my first employer at the age of 15 1/2
And, quite frankly, my favorite eating partner, too (ever since).

TECHNOLOGY | Problems caused by demonic radiation to digital cameras also detect demonic weapons

This post was rewritten on 10/1/15, strangely, after someone complimented the original writing the same day. Having re-read it, I reckon they must have been making fun of me; it was abominable.

In its new form, it now depresses me. So much is said here that is so useful, so powerful, to people; but, it's an introduction only. It has not been developed to benefit those who might benefit from a ready means of detection (and, then, protection) of otherwise undetectable danger.

Be sure to follow the links for more information; written more like a note—which describes all posts to this blog—this post requires and depends on your knowledge of the information presented in other posts.

What look like the consequences of recording media with a digital camera in close proximity to the demonic radiation emanated by cloaked demons, demon-possessed people or objects, such as color noise and jumpy video, are actually benefits, in that they indicate clandestine—and, therefore, dangerous—demonic activity, especially when they occur in tandem and under specific circumstances.

Generally, there are three primary indicators of such demonic activity: (1) skipping video (i.e., dropped frames), (2) abnormally elongated motion trails that look like smudges left by moving objects, and (3) excessive and unusual color noise (or chroma), flurries of red, green and blue snow around the demonically irradiated subject.

The radiation from cloaked weapons that causes frame-skipping and unusually dark and long motion trails from moving objects on digital video also detects ultra-fast, semi-transparent demonic weapons fire, as shown in this video clip of a demonic weapon striking the back of my head [see PICS | Demonic "bombs" define territory and confinement areas]
This post focuses on the first two, skipping and motion smudge, and narrows even further by limiting the discussion of these indicators as shown on video, which are detected only during the playback, as skipping does not occur in photos, and motion smudging, as defined here, bears one quality that can only be ascertained on video. Although the do not always occur simultaneously, in tandem, they are sure indicators of demonic activity.

The last indicator, chroma, is discussed at great length elsewhere on this blog. By applying special image-processing techniques to digital media saturated by chroma, the outline and portions of the surface of a cloaked demon or object can be rendered into a form cognizable by anyone. It deserves—and gets—special treatment because it better conveys the problem to those needing an introduction, and who were not present at the time it occurred and are otherwise unfamiliar with demons and the like. By contrast, skipping frames and LSD-like blurring say nothing to the uninformed and unexperienced.

Although skipping frames and overly blurry motion trails seem like relatively poor indicators of demonic activity as compared to chroma, they are essential for determining who initiated demonic activity, as most demons need (or use) motion from objects or people we can see to interact with them, and always use the same objects and people, and demonic weapons are always deployed with the same motion and by the same people. Whenever video made during a period of high demonic activity skips during playback at a point where a human moved in a way known to deploy a demonic weapon or decloak a demon, demonic activity is indicated.

Skipping video
Skipping video is indicative of the initiation of human-assisted demonic activity. During playback, it appears as if several, consecutive frames are missing; but, unlike the skipping commonly known to occur other forms of media, there is a tell-tale pause at the frame before the missing ones. That's not the same as video commonly described as jumpy video, which plays each frame uninterrupted, regardless of the number of missing frames between any two.

The length of the pause is approximately equal to the number of missing frames. After the pause, the video resumes playing at the frame at which one would expect it to have arrived had all frames played.

Skipping video. A recently made video [below] pinpoints the culprit who let a demon out of the bag (so to speak), specifically, when he withdraws a demon-possessed object from his backpack; halfway through the motion, the video pauses, his hand still a blur from motion no longer evident [left], before resuming at a point shortly after the movement [right]
In the following video clip, which was made during a recent demonic attack [see VIDEO | Joint demonic attack: two men combine powers to increase weapon effectiveness], a man is pulling a demon-possessed object from his backpack, similarly to the VMC nurse in VIDEO | VMC Hospital nurse attacks using demon, who possessed a plastic bag with a demon; as he does, the radiation from the demon interferes with the iSight camera in my MacBook Air, which is detectable in the playback of the clip:

NOTE | Skipping can also be caused by time distortions, as shown in VIDEO | Demons can alter the flow of time.
Motion smudge
Wherever skipping is found, so are long, blurry motion trails from the demon-possessed objects in motion, particularly as compared to other moving subjects in the video. The movement of people or objects that are the source of demonic activity leaves a cloudy, dream-like motion trail on video much longer than those left by non-sources that dissipate like slow-moving smoke.

In this clip, two men pass behind me in the hallway outside the computer lab: the first man shows no evidence of any demonic irradiation; the second, does, primarily, by the long, semi-transparent blurry motion trail that follows him:

Because both men pass by at exactly the same speed and exactly the same distance, the second one clearly is irradiated demonically:

The first man exhibits no signs of demonic irradiation on video; however, the second man does, as indicated by the ghost-like motion blur trailing behind him as he passes
No smudging is seen by a man passing by, who, unlike so many others, apparently refused to collaborate with demons during their attackBy contrast, the face and body of an attacker is practically smeared as he "drives-by"
NOTE | The difference between the length and saturation of the motion trail is too subtle for representation by still images, which also cannot demonstrate the rate of dissipation, but were provided
In sum, the otherwise poor-quality video caused by demonic activity pinpoints the source of demons and other demonic activity (i.e., people), and, most importantly, the deployment of demonic weapons [see PICS | Demonic "bombs" define territory and confinement areas].
