AIDS | Second claim against VMC served on county

Alternative titles for this post: "'Binding and rebuking' a demon means suing its ass" and "Hi! I'm an idiot; I can't even pay a doctor to give me medicine." Today, a second claim was served on the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for the County of Santa Clara for the continued failure and refusal by Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and PACE Clinic to treat a terminal condition (HIV/AIDS), which demands immediate treatment for a condition that has severely worsened in the past six months of deprivation: Santa Clara County Claim Attachment in re VMC's refusal to provide HIV/AIDS treatment by James Alan Bush Denial of medication necessary to combat the disease was an intent stated years ago by demons and their people, who have since repeatedly used their demonic weapons to target my lymph nodes (immunity) and intestines (nutrient absorption). When not doing that, others are just generally being snotty and obstinate, as shown by this...

TECHNOLOGY | Calculating global variance and standard deviation with Core Image

This is a tip that can be categorized with all the posts on this blog pertaining to Chroma , as well as any other post related to processing digital media intended to decloak the cloaked. Obviously, it's intended for software programmers; but, is also useful to anyone who is not, in that it shows such persons what they need to aim for given what they're facing. This post also attempts to correct mistakes in other posts, which purport to calculate and employ variance and standard deviation—and which may do so correctly on a local basis—but which do not do so on a global basis. The results of the mistakes were not uninteresting to be sure; but, they misrepresent the meaning and purpose of the measurements, and generally make me look like I've got demons flying in and out of my butt all day, and, accordingly, am not putting as much concentration into my work as is required. Most image-processing work of import and consequence, e.g., exposure fusion, etc., requires the c...

AIDS | Dr. Crapo's copy of test results back claim for lying

I'm sure once Dr. Crapo and/or his lawyers gives a certain VMC staff member "the look," I'll bet all he'll be able to do is cringe, and then say, "I didn't know." I'm just guessing here, but it seems unlikely that any VMC staff member would tank another fellow staff member's defense in a pending civil case [ see AIDS | Santa Clara County lawyers skirt Dr. Crapo complaint ], which is tantamount to a criminal case for murder. What didn't he know? Not to send me through the mail a copy of Dr. Crapo's copy of my results for a test which I contend that Dr. Crapo lied about in order to withhold essential prescription medication—testosterone—used to treat a serious, chronic medical condition known as hypogonadism, as described in   AIDS | Dr. Crapo lies, gets caught in same . In that post, Dr. Crapo is shown on video claiming that my then-latest testosterone level test (8/18/2015) showed that my levels had only abated 300 points since the...

AIDS | Santa Clara County lawyers skirt Dr. Crapo complaint

Getting nailed for wrongdoing as a county employee doesn't happen lightly in Santa Clara County. The Sheriff's Office will tell you that, and so will the San Jose Police Department. Any judge in the county will tell you that, too, as will any private civil or criminal defense lawyer, including Santa Clara County's own lawyers, namely, the Office of the County Counsel. When you have a valid complaint against a county employee, no trick or tactic to enforce the distinction between said county employee and you, a non-county employee, is beneath them or any other such employee. No trick or tactic to evade responsibility or consequence goes unused; nothing is deemed too obvious or too wrong or too dangerous to employ. Apparently, no slight is too small to make an issue, either. For example, in April 2013, when I called a county employee at the P.A.C.E. Clinic (VMC) to correct a scheduling error that resulted in a three-month delay in medical care (a mistake that they couldn...

CRIME | False arrest, incarceration leads to 17th solved murder

It was last Monday morning when I was just a-walkin' down the street, singing, "Do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do," when— all the sudden —the cops show up and arrest me per a bench warrant for failure to appear in court for a scheduled hearing. The problem is (aside from the obvious), there was no hearing, there was no criminal case, and therefore should have been no warrant; and, seeing as I wasn't suspected of committing a crime at the time of my arrest—nor was I subsequently charged with one—and seeing that I was not supposed to be on probation (that terminated on September 1st, 2015), I shouldn't have been stopped or searched or arrested at all. But, I was... My jail-issued wristband ...as you can see from the booking sheet detailing the circumstances of my arrest: Booking Sheet for 9/12/2015 Arrest by James Alan Bush Arresting officers wrote 5 in the Booking Type box, which is the code for local bench warrant : Booking Sheet Codes by Ja...

AIDS | Appointment with Dr. Crapo's replacement

As of September 10th, 2015, 10:14 AM PST, I'm still typing this one up; so, get out (unless you've been explicitly invited to read it). You can, however, read all about Dr. Crapo , the subject of this and other posts. In addition to updating readers on the most popular series of posts to this blog of all time, this post also attempts to establish the connection between VMC doctors' refusal to follow the common and general medicinal practices and procedures for treating chronic and incurable hypogonadism and demons' aloud-where-everybody-could-hear-it, street-corner, rooftop, years-long proclamation and declaration of their intent to emasculate me. I've angled in that direction a time or two in the past [ see Blood test confirms suspicions VMC/doctor-demon connection ], but I think this post does this better in these three ways: Physician misconduct. Points out the odd-but-strangely-coincidental-to-the-demonic-agenda behavior by VMC doctors; Documentation and...

BIBLE | The Study Notes of a Demoniac [2 Timothy 2:10]

Before any of you start getting a little heify over that last post—the one where I clearly erred in moral judgment, even though I still intend to go through with it, if I can—take a look at my latest Bible study note on what you're supposed to be doing with that clean conscience of yours that you're just dying to wave in my face... Most people's primary reason for keeping their hands clean (abstaining from sin)—and, therefore, possessing a clear conscience before God—is to preserve their own lives; but, that's not the right motive, even if it is the right means: Therefore I [am ready to] persevere and stand my ground with patience and endure everything for the sake of the elect [God's chosen], so that they too may obtain [the] salvation which is in Christ Jesus, with [the reward of] eternal glory. —  2 Timothy 2:10 AMP Seeking life through righteousness is for the explicit and sole purpose to serve the lives of other saints, who are an early dispensation o...
